The 95/46/EU Directive, from 24 of October, transposed by the 67/98 portuguese Law, from 26 of October, states that the collection – and, later – data processing may only be made for legitimate purposes, with specific defined purposes, observing the accuracy of data collected and only allowing the identification of the user at defined times.

Thus, the law states the principle of prior authorization, so that the processing of data can be only made with the user’s consent, except in cases of execution of a contract, the fulfillment of a tax liability or the protection of user’s vital interests when this being unable to give consent.

The privacy policy includes the personal data of users of the site www.skinfact.pt, chosen on a voluntary basis, when completing the registration form, as well as all data collected by the system, relating to navigation and interaction made by users to:

• Allow access to certain content of the site and sites from our partners;
• Obtain data for statistical analysis and thus be able to respond to requests and interests of users;
• Promote information activities, marketing, inscription in events – theirs and or from partners, among others.

It is recognized to the users, under the legislation in force, the right to withdraw their data over the Internet, correct them or delete them at any time.
